Information and purpose

LCS Plugins by Learn Color Separation processes trial-download email addresses, email-confirmation status and request records, account email addresses, password hashes, verification and recovery records, purchase and subscription details, payment status, licenses, activations and support correspondence. We use them to email trial links, confirm inbox access, deliver and support trial downloads, secure accounts, deliver purchases, manage subscriptions, provide support and meet applicable obligations. Technical records may include IP addresses or derived identifiers, request logs and device or installation identifiers for security and license verification.

Payments and providers

Razorpay handles checkout and payment authentication under its Privacy Policy. We receive payment and subscription references, amounts, status and limited checkout or payment-method details needed for fulfilment and support. Hostinger provides hosting, database and email services. Providers may process information outside your country. We share information as needed to operate these services or as required by law.

Cookies and messages

Essential session cookies support sign-in and account security. Browser session storage remembers in-progress checkout attempts. Trial download links expire, and confirming a link creates a short-lived download permission for that browser. We check submitted email domains against a local list of known temporary-email services; ordinary aliases are allowed. A download request records the signup wording shown at that time. This does not start a plugin trial, create a paid subscription or verify an account password. Blocking them can interrupt these functions. We do not currently add advertising trackers to the store; Razorpay may use its own checkout cookies and storage. When you request a trial download, we use your email to send the download link and helpful tutorials, practical tips, plugin updates and exclusive offers, as explained on the trial signup form. We record the signup wording and email-confirmation status. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by emailing support@learncolorseparation.com. Unsubscribing does not affect essential download, account, security or billing messages. Creating an account alone does not subscribe you to marketing.

Licensing and usage

We record license activation and verification information to manage access and device activations. We do not currently collect individual plugin-processing operation events for refund eligibility. Any future operation-level tracking will be explained before it is introduced.

Security and retention

We use HTTPS, password hashing and access controls, but no security measure guarantees prevention of every incident. We retain records while needed for purchases, support, security and applicable accounting or legal obligations. Retention varies by record; backups are replaced through their normal cycle.

Your requests

Email support@learncolorseparation.com to request access, correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We initially respond within 2 business days, Monday–Friday excluding public holidays in India. We may verify identity and explain records we must retain. Deleting an account may affect purchase access. Completion depends on the request and applicable requirements. Material policy changes will be published here with an updated date.
