Your license

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the selected plugin during your paid subscription period. The software remains the property of LCS Plugins. Use of a trial is limited to its stated trial period.

Personal and commercial work

You may use the plugin for unlimited personal and commercial projects, including client work. You retain your rights to your original artwork and the output you create. This permission covers your artwork; it does not permit sharing or distributing the plugin itself. You are responsible for having permission to use any source material.

Ownership

LCS Plugins retains ownership of the software, its code and supplied interface assets. A purchase grants permission to use the software; it does not transfer ownership of it.

Accounts and devices

Keep your account and license credentials private. Do not share, sell or transfer them to another user. Each subscription is licensed to one person for use on one computer at a time. Deactivate the plugin on your current computer before activating it on another. Contact support if you believe someone has accessed your license without permission.

Restrictions

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or share the plugin, its installation files or license credentials. Except where applicable law permits otherwise, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to reconstruct the plugin’s source code, bypass its licensing or integrity protections, or interfere with service security.

Anti-piracy and license protection

If we identify unauthorized distribution or license misuse, we may investigate, restrict affected licenses and take appropriate steps to protect our software, including requesting removal of unauthorized copies. We may suspend or terminate access for unauthorized distribution, license sharing, unauthorized reverse engineering or attempts to bypass licensing controls. Where necessary, we may pursue legal remedies available under applicable law against unauthorized distribution or misuse of our software. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the issue and provide an opportunity to resolve it. A temporary connection failure or unsuccessful license check alone is not treated as evidence of piracy. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

Trials and subscriptions

Any trial duration and conditions are shown on the product page. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled or their stated final cycle is reached. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues until the end of the paid period. Processing features require a valid trial or paid entitlement.

Internet and compatibility

Check the requirements for the selected plugin and use the available trial before purchasing. Bitmap Helper PRO requires an internet connection whenever it initializes, including after a restart or reload, to verify your license and load the plugin. A separate Adobe Photoshop license is required. Future Photoshop releases may require a plugin update; support for every future release is not guaranteed.

Updates and support

Your active subscription includes access to updates released for the purchased plugin during the paid period and access to support. It does not automatically include separately sold plugins or services. Features and compatibility may change between versions.

Your files

Keep backups and review generated output before using it in production. You remain responsible for choosing suitable settings and checking the results.

Cancellation and your rights

Our Cancellation & Refund Policy explains cancellation and refund requests. Nothing in this license limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We publish updates here and notify affected customers before material changes apply to ongoing subscriptions; changes do not remove accrued rights.
